Terms and Conditions

JET LIMO provides services based on the following terms and conditions, service descriptions and price lists. Deviating terms and conditions do not apply, even if JET LIMO does not expressly oppose them. Deviations from these conditions require written acknowledgment by JET LIMO. A contract is only concluded if it is confirmed by JET LIMO.


The scope of services is determined exclusively according to the written order confirmation by JET LIMO or a subsidiary according to the written offer of JET LIMO. Information contained in brochures, service catalogs, price lists, and similar information is only binding to the extent that it is expressly referred to. The transport takes place according to the regulations of the Traffic Laws. Passengers must comply with instructions from JET LIMO or the chauffeur. If guests act contrary to instructions, or if they represent a danger to Road Traffic Regulations or the safety of road traffic due to impairments of the driver, JET LIMO is entitled to exclude them from the carriage. In this case, JET LIMO calculates the full fare including the fixed price or kilometer price and all ancillary and special services.


The prices include the statutory sales tax in the respective statutory amount. The prices valid on the day of the booking confirmation apply. The flat rates not listed in the price list can only be agreed in writing and are only valid for the agreed date and time of rental. Additional times and distances are calculated according to the valid price list. Additional costs due to delays shall be borne by the customer, unless the delays are due to the fault of JET LIMO or the chauffeur. The fare includes passenger transportation with normal luggage; the transport of bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

The terms of payment

JETLIMO reserves the right to increase the advance payment up to 50% of the total price prior to the ride or to demand blank debit voucher (blank receipt of account charges) of a valid credit card issued on JETLIMO before the acceptance of the order. The remaining amount of the payment is due to be paid following the terms stated on the bill. Timeliness of payment is determined pursuant to the date of the reception of the agreed amount so that JETLIMO may unconditionally have it at its disposal. As regards the payment by cheques, a claim is considered paid only after the final booking of approval. The payments are applied always for the settlement of the oldest claim. If the client delays the payment, JETLIMO calculates the interest – with a limitation of any further damage of delay – at the amount of 5% above the basic interest rate. For the second and each following warning 10,– € warning fee is calculated. The client reserves the right to provide evidence to prove less damage.

When paying by credit card, an additional 10% is charged for the bank fee.

When transfer costs more than 200€, we can only accept 30% prepayment via bank transfer.

Pick up at the airport (airport transfer)

Any change to the agreed pick-up time, regardless of the reason, must be reported to JET LIMO immediately. Damages due to a non-immediate notification are for the account of the customer.


Cancellations become effective only if they are made in writing or confirmed verbally by JET LIMO in writing. For the timeliness of written cancellations, access to JET LIMO is essential. Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before the contractually agreed start of the journey are free of charge. In case of cancellations JET LIMO will charge a share of the basic price as damages. This share is:

* 50% for cancellations up to 12 hours before the contractually agreed start of the journey

* 80% for cancellations up to 3 hours before the contractually agreed start of the journey

* 100% for later cancellations and no-show.

The customer is obliged if he does not find his chauffeur or if he wants to contact JET LIMO immediately at the airport or in the city. In case the customer does not answer and the chauffeur cannot find the customer (or vice versa) and therefore the journey is not completed, the journey and, if applicable, the waiting time will be charged 100%.

Expenses are calculated by JET LIMO irrespective of the timeliness of the cancellations, if they have already been incurred. The customer is expressly permitted to prove that JET LIMO has incurred no or less damage. JET LIMO reserves the right to rescind the contract in whole or in part if the customer stops his payment, becomes insolvent or due to external circumstances it is assumed that the services are misused or if the customer violates his obligation under these terms and conditions.

Obligations and responsibility of the client

The client informs JET LIMO without delay of any change of name, their address, legal form, or bank or account number. The client is also obliged to provide necessary information on passengers, time, and place of providing the service. If the client neglects some notification that cannot be delayed, then they are responsible for any damages that could have been avoided by timely information. The client is also obliged not to abuse the services of JET LIMO, the following in particular:

* not to obstruct or prevent performing services

* not to cause damages

* not to violate criminal regulations

* to comply strictly to the smoking ban in the vehicle

* not to refuse to pay the fare.

If the client violates the aforementioned rules, JET LIMO has the right to undertake any steps necessary to prevent any form of abuse. With punishable violation, the client is responsible to JET LIMO for damage compensation.


JET LIMO is liable to the customer for damages—for whatever legal reason—only in case of intent or gross negligence as well as culpable violation of essential contractual obligations of JET LIMO, its legal representatives or vicarious agents. Liability for injury to life, body, or health is governed by statutory regulations. In case of damage to property the liability of JET LIMO is limited to € 1.000,00 per passenger. For vehicles, there is a liability violation according to the respectively valid general insurance conditions. For any additional insurance the customer has to take care of himself. JET LIMO is not liable for missed deadlines and their economic consequences, as far as they were not caused by JET LIMO. This includes, for example delays caused by:

* Traffic congestion, road closures

* Vehicle breakdowns or traffic accidents

* Bad weather

JET LIMO assumes no liability towards the customer or passenger for damages resulting from incorrect data transmissions by the customer.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

All legal relationships between JET LIMO and its customer are governed exclusively by Serbian law. Jurisdiction and place of fulfillment is Belgrade.
