Why is it better to order JET LIMO than a regular taxi?
JET LIMO Belgrade Airport Taxi offers transfers according to a fixed price. Our drivers are fluent in English and German and our vehicles are more comfortable than regular taxis.
Are the prices related to the person or to the vehicle?
The price refers to the vehicle and not to the person. The size of the vehicle depends on the size and quantity of luggage.
How can I order JET LIMO?
JET LIMO Belgrade Airport Taxi can be ordered online, via SMS, e-mail, or phone.
What is the waiting time if I drive in the direction to the airport?
JET LIMO Belgrade Airport Taxi will wait for you for free for the first 10 minutes; after that, a surcharge of 5 Euro will be charged for every 5 minutes of additional waiting time.
Is smoking allowed in JET LIMO?
Smoking in JET LIMO vehicles is not allowed.
Which vehicle can I choose?
Limousine – maximum 4 persons, 2 suitcases, and 2 carry-ons.
Combi – maximum 4 persons, 4 suitcases, and 3 carry-ons.
Minivan – up to 8 people, 8 suitcases and 8 carry-ons.
How should I find my driver?
Your driver will pick you up at the address you have agreed on.
When you are picked up from the hotel, our driver will ask for you at the reception. Please stay close by.
Can I get an invoice after the trip?
Yes, immediately upon arrival, you will receive the invoice directly from the driver.
What should I do if my flight is delayed?
We will monitor your new arrival time and pick you up at the right time. There are no additional costs charged.
How can I pay for the JET LIMO service?
Payment can be made in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer.
Does the price include a tip?
No.
Can I take pets with me during the transfer?
Pets may only be carried in designated transport boxes and transported exclusively in the boot. This service will be charged an additional 10 Euro.
Can I change my order?
Changes to transfers between 07.00 and 22.00 must be made at least 4 hours in advance.
Changes to transfers between 22.00 and 07.00 must be made at least 8 hours in advance.
Are there any special conditions for companies?
For hotels and other companies that need us regularly, we can offer special conditions. Please contact us by e-mail.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before departure are free of charge. For cancellations that are 12 hours or less before departure, 50% of the total price will be charged. For cancellations that are 6 hours or less before departure, 80% of the total price will be charged. All cancellations less than 3 hours before departure will be charged in full (100%).
